Destemming and fermentation in stainless steel vats for about 8-10 days. After malolactic fermentation, the wine continues ageing in bottle in the spring.

The colour is ruby red, clear and transparent, with tinges of purple. A wine with a great vinosity and bold aroma of berries, cherries and flowers, mainly violets. The taste is rich, full, perfectly fresh and balanced with a slightly bitter finish. It is a wine with a great personality with all the array of sensations of a young wine.
