Viticultural notes

Grappa obtained from pomaces of moscato. The fresh grapes brought to the distillery to undergo an accelerated fermentation in order to maximize the perfumes and aromas. Refining in stainless steel tanks.

Tasting notes

Clear color. Involved perfume, intense and typical of the freshly harvested muscat grape. Delicate flavor, profound, with an unmistakable richness of fruit aromas. Delicate, sweet and persistent aftertaste.
