Private Bin Cabernet Sauvignon

Parcels were carefully selected from various soil types and trellis systems to balance the style and flavour profile. Harvest was carried out in the cool of the evening and the fruit was crushed before being fermented on oak at cooler temperatures. The wine was then matured in a combination of stainless steel tanks, with a percentage of the wine transferred onto French and American oak, before components were selected and blended.

A soft and elegant Cabernet Sauvignon, with aromas of red berries, herbaceous notes and hints of spice. Layers of fruit, chocolate and sweet spice add length to the palate, resulting in generous weight and good length of flavour, with a sweet oak finish.

This wine is the perfect accompaniment to a rare steak or roast chicken with seasoned vegetables.
