Altus 25 Years Old

Born from Glenmorangie's exceptionally delicate spirit, The Altus spends 25 years maturing in bespoke American white oak bourbon casks. A select portion is then finished in rare Malmsey Madeira casks, honouring the distillery's pioneering Madeira Wood Finish and creating remarkable elegance, depth and complexity.

Though whisky has no vineyards, The Altus draws inspiration from the world of fine wine. Its finishing in Malmsey Madeira casks imparts refined fruit richness, delicate sweetness and remarkable aromatic lift, elevating Glenmorangie's floral Highland spirit with extraordinary finesse.

A fragrant bouquet of carnation, rose and orange blossom unfolds into honey, ripe peach, mandarin and yellow plum. Marzipan, icing sugar and banana add indulgent richness, while gentle spice and oak carry through an endlessly silky, floral finish.
