Winemaking notes
Crafted from a single vintage, Dom Pérignon P1 2009 follows the traditional Champagne method. After primary fermentation, it undergoes secondary fermentation in bottle and ages on lees for around 8 years, developing richness, depth, and a fine, creamy mousse.
Viticultural notes
The 2009 vintage was warm and ?????illé, producing ripe, generous grapes with excellent maturity. Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from chalky soils bring balance and freshness, supporting the wine’s richness and opulent character.
Tasting notes
An expressive bouquet of ripe stone fruits, peach, apricot, and citrus, layered with brioche and light honey notes. The palate is generous and round, offering yellow fruits, subtle spice, and a silky texture, leading to a long, enveloping finish.
Pairing notes
Serve chilled between 8–10°C in a white wine glass to enhance aromatics and texture. Let the wine open for a few minutes after pouring. Ideal with rich seafood, lobster, roasted poultry, or creamy dishes.
