Côtes du Rhône rosé

This wine is made using the saignée method after a short maceration. Cold settling and light fining are carried out prior to fermentation. Fermentation lasts over three weeks at low temperatures (14 to 16°C), allowing for the development of fruity aromas and a rich, round mouthfeel. To preserve the wine’s natural acidity and aromatic freshness, malolactic fermentation is not performed.

The vineyard is located in the southern part of the Rhône Valley. The soils of the Côtes du Rhône appellation are highly diverse, ranging from stony soils covered with pebbles to sandy soils.

Our Côtes du Rhône Rosé is best enjoyed young to fully appreciate its fruitiness, freshness, and bright, crystal-clear color. Perfect as an accompaniment to sushi, appetizers, barbecues, or cured meats.
