Winemaking notes

Selection of grapes from our best organic vineyards. Traditional maceration with temperature control and daily pumping-over. Fermentation lasts 20 days. Subsequent racking to vats for malolactic fermentation.

Viticultural notes

Founded in 2019, Bodega Verde has the largest organic vineyard in Aragon, with a total of 330 hectares of vineyards.

Tasting notes

Beautiful deep cherry-red colour with violet highlights. Intense red fruit aromas. Long, powerful, fleshy palate with ripe, soft tannins. Long, persistent finish.
