Winemaking notes
The grapes are hand-harvested at optimal ripeness to preserve fruit purity and freshness. After a gentle pressing, the must is clarified and undergoes fermentation at controlled temperatures (16–18 °C) to retain the delicate primary aromas of the variety. The wine is then left to rest on its fine lees for several weeks, enhancing roundness and texture before bottling.
Viticultural notes
Made from the Macabeo grape variety, grown in Mediterranean vineyards that benefit from a warm, sunny climate tempered by cooler nights. The clay-limestone soils provide balanced water retention, allowing the vines to achieve both aromatic precision and freshness. All vineyard practices follow sustainable viticulture principles, ensuring environmentally friendly production that highlights the natural character of the grape.
Tasting notes
Bodegaverde Macabeo displays a pale yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose is fresh and expressive, offering floral notes, citrus, and white fruit aromas. On the palate, it is vibrant, balanced, and supple, with a clean, refreshing finish. Elegant and harmonious, this wine perfectly captures the Mediterranean spirit of purity and brightness.
Pairing notes
Serve well chilled, between 8 and 10 °C. Ideal as an aperitif or paired with grilled fish, seafood, fresh salads, or light Mediterranean dishes.
