Winemaking notes

Selection of grapes from our best organic vineyards. Traditional maceration with controlled temperature and daily pumping-over operations, and fermentation lasting 20 days. Subsequent transfer to tank for malolactic fermentation.

Tasting notes

Attractive deep cherry red with violet rim. Very marked aromas of red fruit. Long and powerful on the palate: full-bodied with ripe, sweet tannins and lingering, persistent aftertaste.
