Tasting notes
Appearance: Bright, intense red.
Nose: An explosion of small red berries, morello cherry, and blackcurrant.
Palate: Full, silky, generous, and fresh. Notes of cherry. Velvety finish.
Pairing notes
Pairs perfectly with an aperitif, a charcuterie board, a plate of spaghetti Bolognese, a pizza, or a dark chocolate dessert. Serve between 12°C and 14°C (54°F–57°F).
