Tasting notes
Appearance: Intense garnet with purplish highlights. Nose: Blackcurrant and grenadine, with a smoky note characteristic of the volcanic terroir. Palate: Balanced and velvety, with a long and structured finish. Light peppery and smoky notes on the finish.
Pairing notes
Red meats, roasted chicken, pizzas. Serve between 16°C and 18°C .
