Viticultural notes
Low-temperature fermentation in stainless steel tanks, aged on fine lees.
Tasting notes
Appearance: Yellow with golden highlights.
Nose: Very floral with subtle notes of apricot and yellow fruits.
Palate: Generous, with the same aromatic profile and a beautiful length.
Pairing notes
Poularde with mushrooms, Indian dishes, sushi.
Serve between 12°C and 14°C (54°F–57°F).
