Winemaking notes
A classic: Cognac Hennessy VS is the youngest of Hennessy's Cognacs. Today it's marketed as a mixdrink ingredient, for cocktails and such. 40 different eaux-de-vie in this blend, some of them aged up to 8 years.
Tasting notes
Medium amber; fine aromas of sweet fruit, honey, caramel, cloves, nuts and oaky notes; the palate is round with smooth fruity flavours of orange peel, prune and vanilla on a long lingering finish.
