Winemaking notes
Crafted from a blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier, Armand de Brignac Demi-Sec is aged deep in Champagne cellars before being finished with a rich dosage. Every bottle is hand-finished by a small team of artisans, preserving the Maison’s dedication to precision, texture and luxurious expression.
Viticultural notes
The fruit is sourced from carefully selected Premier and Grand Cru vineyards across Champagne, where cool temperatures and chalk-rich soils bring freshness and complexity. Sustainable vineyard practices help preserve the purity and character of each harvest.
Tasting notes
A generous and silky champagne with aromas of candied citrus, brioche and stone fruits. The palate reveals notes of honey, baked pear and caramelized apricot, balanced by a fresh mineral finish that brings elegance and lift to every sip.
Pairing notes
Best enjoyed chilled between 8–10°C in a wide tulip glass to reveal its richness and aromatic depth. Demi-Sec pairs beautifully with spicy cuisine, aged cheeses, foie gras and fruit-based desserts, making every moment feel indulgent and celebratory.
