Winemaking notes
Born from 100% Pinot Noir, this cuvée reflects the artistry of the Armand de Brignac cellar. Hand-harvested grapes from top crus are gently pressed, then vinified in stainless steel. The wine rests patiently on its lees, gaining richness, texture, and the signature depth that defines this rare Blanc de Noirs.
Viticultural notes
Rooted in the historic soils of Montagne de Reims and Vallée de la Marne, the Pinot Noir vines thrive in chalk-rich terroir. Each parcel is carefully tended, with yields controlled to concentrate flavor, allowing the vintage to express both power and precision in every bottle.
Tasting notes
From the first pour, it unfolds like a story—ripe cherry, plum, and wild berries on the nose, followed by layers of brioche and sweet spice. The palate is generous and silky, revealing blackcurrant, toasted almond, and a touch of minerality, leading to a long, refined, and vibrant finish.
Pairing notes
Serve lightly chilled at 10–12°C in a tulip glass. Give it a moment to breathe—like a fine story, it opens with time. Perfect alongside rich, elegant dishes such as duck, truffle, or aged cheeses, where its depth and texture truly shine.
