Winemaking notes
Carefully selected grapes are pressed and fermented in stainless steel at low temperature. The wine is then aged on lees in foudres and used barrels, with regular stirring, adding texture, depth and complexity while preserving fruit purity.
Viticultural notes
From Leyda Valley, this 100% Albariño benefits from a cool coastal climate, allowing slow ripening and precise aromatic development. These conditions preserve high natural acidity and highlight the distinctive mineral character of this Chilean terroir.
Tasting notes
Bright pale yellow. The nose shows citrus notes of grapefruit, lime and orange, with delicate floral hints. The palate is fresh, tense and mineral-driven, supported by vibrant acidity. Long, crisp and slightly saline finish.
Pairing notes
Perfect with seafood, octopus, grilled or raw fish such as tuna or hake, as well as white meats. Its freshness and minerality make it ideal for coastal cuisine.
