            Winemaking notes

The grapes come from the slopes of the Loire Valley called "Garden of France". This wine ferments in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats, then for 3 months on its fine fermentation lees.

            Viticultural notes

Les Caillotes is a very calcareous soil with high stoniness and low earth height (25 to 40 cm). Wines products are very aromatic (floral to fruity, notes of boxwood and citrus) and tender from their prime youth. They show a marked liveliness. These are often the first consumer loans.

            Tasting notes

Very aromatic, its floral and fruity nuances, pleasant on the nose, recall the flower of the vine as well as the fruit of the Sauvignon. The sensations in the mouth reveal a freshness and liveliness typical of grapes harvested in good maturity. It is fully expressed at a temperature of 10-12°C.

            Pairing notes

Here is a very nice aperitif, but it is also a wine for all meals of fish, seafood or certain white meats. Take pleasure in pairing it with a halibut steak and its citrus butter.
