Winemaking notes
This wine was vinified either in stainless steel tanks or in fiberglass vats, as the use of oak is not traditional at our estate. The objective of our winemaking is to preserve the wine’s natural character and its expression of terroir.
Viticultural notes
Our estate, within the Chablis appellation, covers approximately 140 hectares, making it the largest estate in this appellation. Our vineyard, with an average vine age of 30 years, is located on the finest slopes surrounding the Serein Valley. It also extends across the communes of Villy, Chablis, and Beines, on hillsides primarily exposed to the south and west.
Tasting notes
Chablis is a very clear, bright wine. Fresh, light, and fruity, its aromas develop easily. These Chablis wines are appreciated for their mineral character. The 2024 vintage is very well balanced and fresh, offering an intense, mineral profile that is truly characteristic of the Chablis vineyard.
Pairing notes
Paired with grilled fish or shellfish, Chablis is a perfect match.
