Pairing notes
The vines are planted at an altitude of 350 to 450 meters on medium-textured soils rich in clay. The yield is limited to 6 tonnes of grapes per hectare, with a planting density of 5,000 vines per hectare. Pruning is done in spurred cordon, promoting optimal concentration and even ripening of the grapes.
