Winemaking notes
70 % of the harvest is hand picked and 30 % is through mechanical picking. Grapes are sourced from the Colchagua Valley where these mountain estates add to the complexity of the wine. The wine spends 8 months in stainless steel tanks.
Viticultural notes
The Colchagua Valley maintains a consistent Mediterranean climate. The soils are of gravel and alluvial in the mountain estates. Cool nights with foggy mornings are consistent.
Tasting notes
This bright, young Viognier is intense in its yellow color and its aromas. Notes of orange blossom, white peaches, custard apple and apricot can be found in the nose. On the palate it is concentrated, smooth, full-bodied and very balanced.
Pairing notes
Perfect as a chilled aperitif or companion to seafood. Matches well with white meats, pastas and salads.
