La Grande Dame 2015

The 2015 vintage, generous and sun-filled, highlights an expressive Pinot Noir. Carefully selected Grand Cru grapes are vinified with precision, then aged on lees to develop richness and roundness, while preserving the signature elegance of the cuvée.

2015 was a warm, ????????? year, producing ripe and concentrated fruit. Chalky terroirs help retain freshness and balance. Pinot Noir brings power and structure, while Chardonnay softens the blend with finesse.

The nose reveals ripe yellow fruits, apricot, and floral notes, lifted by soft spices. On the palate, it is broad and textured, with flavors of peach, honey, and brioche. The finish is warm and generous, balanced by a refreshing lift.

Serve between 10–12°C in a tulip glass. Allow it to open slightly to reveal its layered richness. Ideal with refined dishes like roasted poultry, lobster, or subtly spiced cuisine.
