Winemaking notes

Located in the heart of the Valley of the Kings, this Crémant de Loire is hand-harvested, allowing for better grape selection, and vinified using the Traditional Method, then aged for 12 months.

Tasting notes

Bright and clear with golden hues. White-fleshed fruit, hazelnut, almond. Fine bubbles, elegant flavors, and a beautiful finish.

Pairing notes

Serve at around 6°C (43°F). Perfect as an aperitif for celebrations, as well as with seafood and desserts.
