Winemaking notes
Luxardo® Bitter Bianco comes from a well-balanced distilled infusion of bitter herbs, aromatic plants and citrus fruits in water and alcohol. Great for mixing, Luxardo Bitter Bianco is a key ingredient for many cocktails.
Tasting notes
Colour: ivory Aroma: fruity with a prevalence of sweet and bitter oranges balanced by hints of spices and botanicals. Taste: round and smooth with citrus notes gently bitter and persistent.
Pairing notes
Neat over ice, with a splash of soda or “on the rocks” garnished with a slice of orange or lemon. Shaked or mixed with orange juice. As main ingredient for twists on famous classic cocktails such as the “White Negroni”.
