Winemaking notes
In the 18th century, hunting with hounds was a way of life reserved for the nobility. The MARQUIS de CHASSE had a passion for it and would regularly invite his friends to his house in Bordeaux to go out on the chase with their pack. At the end of the day, the game they had bagged was served at a generous banquet washed down with fine Bordeaux wines.
Tasting notes
This Bordeaux boasts a garnet-red colour with good intensity and purplish tints. The highly elegant bouquet rolls out red fruit scents, such as redcurrant and raspberry. The purity of the fruit in the bouquet announces a lovely full sensation on the palate.
