Reserva Cabernet Sauvignon 2016

For this vintage we included Cabernet growing in the Uco Valley, an area considered to be too cold for a variety which enjoys warm temperatures. Once again, nature defied the odds and we achieved a remarkable ripeness and great natural acidity. This wine is always welcome on my table, it is without a doubt the beginning of great stories.

Color Intense garnet red with purple shades. Nose Deep spicy and smoky notes combined with aromas of cassis, blueberries and pepper integrated in a complex yet balanced Cabernet Sauvignon. Palate Round, expansive, highly-concentrated and unctuous. Pleasant tannins emerge from layers of fruit to form a persistent finish.
