It is a wine of soils and depths, an earthy wine turned towards the light, which soars towards the sky and almost seems to reach it. Cristal continues to reveal, as it ages, different facets of its work and its personality. Each new vintage always reveals the character of Cristal, each time under a different prism, like a kaleidoscope of flavors and textures.

C’est un Cristal rayonnant qui se profile, déjà tellement charmeur et pourtant si prometteur. Sur les 45 parcelles historiques du Domaine Cristal, seules 39 ont été retenues cette année-là, celles dont les raisins reflétaient l’identité de ce vin unique : un fruit pur, une finesse supérieure et une allonge racée.

Fruity palate and silky texture, amplified by a soft integrated and elegant effervescence. The purity of the yellow fruit melts into the intense chalky freshness, both powdery and saline. Dense, juicy, concentrated, elongated mid-palate, thanks to the sappy and spicy structure of partial aging in oak casks. The finish reveals a full texture of grain and velvet coated in a long, saline finish.
