Winemaking notes
This "Pépite" is the result of a rigorous selection of fully ripe Gamay. Its fermentation was carried out in neutral tanks to preserve all the fruit and a supple texture.
Viticultural notes
Mainly sourced from vineyards of a domain in Touraine located in Montlouis, between Amboise and Tours. It's a family-owned property with a terroir of clay-limestone-flint soils.
Tasting notes
The nose reveals intense aromas of small red fruits, with a touch of minerality and a hint of herbaceousness. The palate is supple, fruity, indulgent, with just the right amount of soft tannins. A Gamay bursting with fruit, a thirst-quenching wine that is best enjoyed chilled... and in good company.
