Winemaking notes
Created to be enjoyed over ice, Moët & Chandon Ice Impérial Rosé is crafted from a generous blend of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay. Carefully selected reserve wines add richness and consistency, while a touch of red wine brings its vibrant pink hue and luscious fruit character, resulting in a champagne designed for sunny celebrations.
Viticultural notes
The grapes are sourced from the diverse vineyards of the Champagne region, where cool climates and chalky soils preserve freshness while enhancing aromatic intensity. Pinot Noir provides structure, Pinot Meunier adds generosity, and Chardonnay contributes brightness, creating a vibrant expression tailored for moments shared outdoors.
Tasting notes
The first sip feels like summer in a glass. Aromas of cranberry, fig and wild strawberry rise from the flute, followed by notes of cherry and juicy red berries. On the palate, freshness balances sweetness beautifully, leaving a refreshing finish with hints of pink grapefruit and grenadine.
Pairing notes
Serve chilled between 6–8°C in a large Cabernet-style glass with three ice cubes. For an elevated experience, garnish with fresh red fruits such as strawberries, raspberries or a slice of grapefruit. Perfect for brunches, poolside gatherings and warm summer evenings.
