9diDANTE’s journey through Dante’s Divine Comedy reaches the celestial spheres of Heaven, with an original recipe that is set to widen our concept of the aperitivo hour. PARADISO includes for the first time Piemonte’s hero Nebbiolo wine to blend together with a base of Cortese in refreshing and surprising Rosé Vermouth. After three years in the making, PARADISO reinforces 9diDANTE's commitment to putting Piedmont wines at the heart of its vermouths.

Onion-skin in colour and with a distinct citrus nose of grapefruit that perfectly accompanies the traditional raspberry and star of anise notes from the Nebbiolo wine. On the palate it has a balanced level of fruit and herbal notes, where mandarin and rosemary stand out, with hints of cocoa and vanilla that marry well with the tannic nature of the Nebbiolo, which like the Artemisia is always present without overpowering.

PARADISO has been crafted to be enjoyed on the rocks with a twist of grapefruit, but its intriguing taste and aromas will no doubt awaken your creativity in mixing cocktails, where we think that it pairs like a dream with Agave spirits.
