Winemaking notes

The vines used in the production of the Ijalba Genoli come from the surroundings of the Najerilla river, where the soil is predominantly composed of a reddish iron-clay.

Viticultural notes

This "Joven" style wine was elaborated with 100% Viura grape, cold-pressed and fermented with native yeasts at 15ºC. It was bottled without ageing.

Tasting notes

This straw-coloured wine offers intense green apple and citrus aromas, especially grapefruit. The mouthfeel is dry and expresses a beautiful freshness and a well-balanced acidity.

Pairing notes

This wine pairs perfectly with grilled fish and seafood, as well as acidic salads.
