Deep ruby red with purple hues. The bouquet opens with intense aromas of black fruits (blackcurrant, blueberry), highlighted by subtle notes of pink pepper, leather, and cedarwood. On the palate, it is full-bodied and structured, with silky tannins and a long, elegant, slightly toasted finish.

A natural match for grilled red meats, game, or a classic tournedos Rossini. It also pairs beautifully with aged cheeses such as Comté or Manchego. Best served at 16–18?°C (60–64?°F) – Decant for 30–45 minutes before serving for optimal enjoyment.
