Winemaking notes
40 % of the harvest is hand picked and 60 % is processed through mechanical picking. 85 % Sauvignon Blanc with 15 % of other white grape varieties. Grapes are sourced from multi-climatic situated vineyards in the Central Valley. Fermentation lasts 12 to 15 days in tanks between temperatures of 14 and 18 Celsius.
Viticultural notes
Grapes are sourced from the Central Valley. A Mediterranean climate. Alluvial and colluvial soils are predominant that have good drainage.
Tasting notes
A vibrant greenish yellow hue with fruity, citric and herbaceous notes. It is fresh and well balanced.
Pairing notes
Recommended with light seafood dishes and white fish.
