Winemaking notes
The harvest is hand-picked and then goes through the Charmat Method (wine is mixed in a stainless steel pressure tank, together with sugar and yeast. When the sugar is converted into alcohol and carbon dioxide, the yeast is filtered and removed, and the wine is bottled). After fermentation the wine spends 4 months in stainless steel tanks.
Viticultural notes
The grapes are cultivated in one of the worlds southernmost wine regions in the Bío Bío Valley, from the Quitralman Estate, where temperatures rarely reach over 29º C due to its latitude. The soils are predominantly minerally with red clay.
Tasting notes
This Sparkling Rosé has soft aromas of fresh red raspberries and subtle notes of blueberries. The palate is juicy, refreshing with a smooth mineral character and persistent finish. 90 Points Decanter - This pretty pink sparkling from one of the big players in Chile is unbelievably good value. From a cool-climate area, it has inviting aromas of strawberry and rose. Tangy and refreshing, this fizz will make a great tipple at any time of the year. Sleek packaging too.
Pairing notes
Perfect to drink on its' own or with appetizers, seafood and desserts.
