Winemaking notes
The harvest is hand-picked. After fermentation the wine spends 4 months in stainless steel tanks.
Viticultural notes
The grapes are cultivated in one of the worlds southernmost wine regions in the Bío Bío Valley where temperatures rarely reach over 29º C due to its latitude. The soils are predominantly minerally with red clay.
Tasting notes
This Pinot Noir Rosé is a brilliant pink with blue-violet hues. Elegant and intense, the nose displays aromas of red fruits such as cherries and sour cherries. The palate soft and sumptuous which makes this a refreshing and fine wine.
Pairing notes
Serve as a chilled aperitif or a lovely companion to seafood.
