Winemaking notes
A new approach to Vodka making, focused on Terroir. For the Single Estate Rye series we use Rye from two small farms; one in Smogory in Poland's West, and one in Bartezek in Poland's North. Taste the difference between these two unique regions.
Viticultural notes
The low-lying land allows humid Atlantic air to flow across the region, keeping the winters mild and summers long, meaning the growing season starts early and harvest is late. The lush forests create a natural barrier from major cities and maintains the purity of the environment.
The long summer growing season and pristine soils help develop a rich, bold, savory vodka that recalls the thick hardwood forests dominating the terroir.
Tasting notes
Intense aromas of sea air, toasted rye bread and caramel.
Rich and mellow with initial impressions of salted caramel, cereal and a
touch of honey. Persistent with delicate notes of toasted bread, white pepper and
fudge. Mouth-feel is rich, well rounded and luscious.
Long and salt/sweet finish. Notes of baked bread, sea salt and caramel.
