Ardbeg Dolce is crafted on Islay from heavily peated barley, distilled in copper pot stills and aged in a decadent selection of sweet casks. Time transforms its smoky core, weaving rich, dessert-like layers into Ardbeg’s signature intensity.

Born from Islay’s rugged terroir, the barley absorbs salty sea air and is dried over peat fires. This process infuses a deep smokiness, balanced here by a softer, sweeter profile shaped by its cask influence.

Velvety smoke meets notes of toffee, dark chocolate, and candied orange. The palate is lush and rounded, with vanilla cream, spiced oak, and a hint of espresso. The finish lingers long, sweet, and smoky, like the last bite of a refined dessert.

Enjoy neat to experience its richness, or add a few drops of water to enhance its sweeter notes. Serve at room temperature in a whisky glass, allowing the aromas to unfold slowly.
